Ma mère est au régime.
- 1 gros (ou 2 petits) champignons de Paris
- du persil frais haché
- 1 échalotte
- ail séché
- 1 petit oeuf
In english :
For 2 greedy gourmet :
- 2 chicken breast
- 1 small (or 2 normal) Paris mushroom
- Fresh chopped parsley
- chopped garlic
- 1 shallot
- 1 or 2 zucchinis
- 1 small egg
- about 25gr of cream (low fat if you're a diet - 3%)
- Zest of green lemon (or yellow if you haven't got any green lemon)
- salt and pepper
Peel the mushroom and cut them in pieces. Peel and chop the shallot. Brown them in a saucepan (with oil if you're not in a diet). Cook about 5mn, then add the parsley and reserve.
Prepare the chicken breast : if it is thick, I advise you to cut it in the thickness, and cut every pieces that "goes apart", take some pieces to make the filling too.
Put your chicken breast between 2 sheets of cooking film. Take a pan (yes, a pan !) and hit the chicken breast to make it thin.
Prepare a mixture to fill the breasts : mix some pieces of breast, an egg, salt, pepper and cream. You will get some sort of homogeneous mixture...
Put your (thin) chicken breasts on a cooking film, with salt and pepper on it, spread the mixture on it, and then add a line of mushrooms...
Then roll the chicken breast, and form roulade like on the picture (squeeze well).
Cook them in hot water for 10min, then cover them with cold water to stop the cooking.
You can then brown them in a piece of butter, if you want (I didn't)...
Prepare zucchini balls :
There's nothing more simple : take a special spoon (like the ones we use for melon) and make little balls in your zucchinis (it will look like a swiss cheese). With the rest, make little cubes.
Cook in a saucepan, in olive oil for a few minutes.
Serve hot !
Isn't it delicious ??
